Level 2 Assistant Manager
Location: Milton, Florida, Panhandle Pizza, LLC

You'll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store, from cost controls to customer relations. Key responsibilities include managing staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, adherence to standards, customer service, attendance, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. This role demands a commitment to following all policies and procedures and setting a high standard for your team.
Training will be provided on the job, and you'll need strong communication skills to interact with customers and co-workers. Essential functions include accurate math skills, the ability to make correct monetary change, and proficiency in using computers and navigation skills for driving within the designated delivery area.
Work conditions include exposure to varying and sometimes adverse weather, in-store temperature fluctuations, and handling of food-related hazards. You'll need to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, sitting, lifting, carrying, pushing, climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and reaching. Driving is also required, and you must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries.
