This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about patient care, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys working alongside a collaborative team of providers and specialists.The Dental Assistant II will play a key role in supporting clinical procedures, maintaining efficient patient flow, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience from start to finish. Candidates should possess strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a team-oriented culture.Practice Overview:Modern, patient-focused dental practiceCollaborative clinical environment with strong provider supportAdvanced technology and updated clinical systemsHigh-quality care with a focus on patient experience and efficiencyOpportunities for long-term growth and professional developmentKey Responsibilities:Assist providers during restorative, surgical, and specialty proceduresPrepare and break down operatories before and after treatmentTake digital radiographs and assist with diagnostic recordsEnsure strict infection control and sterilization standards are maintainedProvide chairside support to maintain efficient clinical flowEducate patients regarding treatment and post-operative care instructionsAccurately document clinical notes and treatment informationMaintain organization of supplies, instruments, and clinical equipmentQualifications:Current Dental Assistant II certification requiredPrior clinical dental assisting experience requiredStrong knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminologyExcellent communication and patient care skillsAbility to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced settingProfessional, dependable, and team-oriented attitudeExperience with dental software and digital technology preferredBenefits:Medical insurance401(k) with employer matching80 hours of Paid Time Off annually
