About This Role
The Level II Staff RN provides professional nursing care in a clinic setting, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This temporary part-time position is ideal for nurses who are flexible and committed to delivering quality patient care.

Pay: $56 - $77/hour
Location: Baldwin Park, CA
Facility: Baldwin Park Medical Offices
Schedule: Part-time, Day shift
What You'll Do
Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
Serve as a leader of the health care team and delegate tasks appropriately.
Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as necessary.
Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
Document nursing processes and interventions accurately.
Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
Maintain a safe environment by adhering to workplace safety principles.
Practice customer service standards and ensure patient confidentiality.
Requirements
Education:
Registered Nurse License (California)
Experience:
1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in ED, Critical Care, PACU, or another procedural sedation area.
Licenses & Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
Basic Arrhythmia course required
PALS card may be required based on patient population
