About This Role
The Level III Staff RN provides professional nursing care in a clinic setting, leading the healthcare team and ensuring quality patient care in accordance with established standards and policies. This role is ideal for experienced RNs looking for a temporary full-time position.

**Pay:** $58 - $80/hour
**Location:** Panorama City, CA
**Facility:** Panorama City Oncology Oasis Medical Center
**Schedule:** Full-time, Day shift
What You'll Do
Provide professional nursing care utilizing the nursing process.
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's policies and procedures.
Serve as a leader of the healthcare team and delegate tasks appropriately.
Develop and contribute to individualized plans of care.
Monitor patient progress and revise care plans as needed.
Ensure patient safety and optimal pain control.
Document nursing processes and interventions accurately.
Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
Practice customer service standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
Act as a resource and mentor to new employees and team members.
Requirements
Education:
N/A
Experience:
1-year recent (within the last 3 years) full-time equivalent experience in acute care or ambulatory care.
Licenses & Certifications:
Registered Nurse License (California)
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Provider Certification OR Pediatric Chemotherapy & Biotherapy Provider Certification
