Job description
Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce’s Global Leveraged Finance team in New York seeks an Analyst I to support origination, structuring, and execution of leveraged loan and high yield debt; work closely with senior bankers to deliver debt financing solutions and assist in M&A financings and recapitalizations.
The role provides hands-on experience in US leveraged finance underwriting, with exposure to client meetings, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration across banking groups.
