We Are Hiring: Experienced Luxury Automobile Sales Professionals
Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains is seeking experienced Luxury Automobile Sales Professionals who are ready to take their careers to the next level with one of the Tri-State Areas premier Lexus dealerships.

What You'll Do
Deliver an exceptional luxury ownership experience from initial contact through vehicle delivery and beyond.
Build long-term relationships that generate repeat and referral business.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of Lexus products, technology, financing, leasing, and ownership benefits.
Conduct professional vehicle presentations.
Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage leads and customer follow-up.
Meet and exceed monthly sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
Work closely with our Finance, Service, and Client Care teams to provide a seamless ownership experience.
Qualifications
Previous Lexus Client Advisor experience is preferred.
Luxury automotive sales experience with a proven record of success.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury brand.
Self-motivated with a relentless work ethic and competitive drive.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Compensation
Our Client Advisors earn $120,000 to more than $250,000 annually.
