License And Title ClerkMcGrath Honda of St Charles is looking for an experienced Full-Time Automotive License & Title Clerk to join our team! This position is responsible for license and title paperwork, as well as daily administrative duties. Automotive dealership experience is preferred, but not required. This is a great opportunity to join our growing dealership!Responsibilities:Process License & Title paperworkCheck and confirm that the appropriate documentation meets requirementsCompliance with state laws when processing titlesProvide support on issues concerning titlesProcessing applications for new and used vehiclesSkills:OrganizationAttention to detail / multi-taskingPunctualPro-Active – Takes initiativeComputer knowledgeDMS system (Dealerbuilt)CVRRequirements:Dealership accounting experience preferred but not requiredUnderstanding of how to use CVR for Illinois or WisconsinKnowledge on how to process and register out of state dealsMust be able to work independently to solve L&T issues.Benefits:Growth Opportunity40 Hour work week (flexible work hours)401k MatchInsurance offered (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Cancer, Accidental coverages)Tenure Benefits awarded for length of employment.Paid time off
