Menasha, WI | $35/hr + $52.50/hr Overtime | Full-Time
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for one patient at one consistent location in Menasha, WI.
This is a unique opportunity for an LPN who prefers one-on-one patient care rather than managing a large patient assignment or traveling between multiple locations.
We offer a consistent daytime schedule, paid lunch, regular overtime opportunities, and premium pay for federal holidays worked.
Compensation
$35.00/hour regular rate
$52.50/hour overtime rate (1.5×)
Overtime paid for hours worked beyond 8 hours in a day
Federal holidays worked paid at 1.5×
Paid lunch
Overtime and holiday premiums do not stack
Approximately $2,135 gross per week when working the full regular schedule
Set Weekly Schedule
Friday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Wednesday & Thursday: OFF
This is a consistent schedule of approximately 54 paid hours per week .
About the Position
The LPN will provide nursing care for one patient at one location . This position allows the nurse to develop familiarity with the patient’s needs and provide consistent, individualized care.
Unlike many facility-based nursing positions, you will not be responsible for managing a large patient assignment or traveling between multiple patient locations.

Qualifications
Current and valid Wisconsin LPN license
Dependable and punctual
Strong communication skills
Compassionate and professional approach to patient care
Comfortable providing one-on-one nursing care
Ability to consistently work the Friday–Tuesday schedule
