Full job description Pay: $700.00 - $4,500 per week
NOW HIRING FOR 2027 ACA OPEN ENROLLMENT
In-office – Fort Lauderdale
Leads provided
Production-based weekly compensation + commissions
Experienced ACA agents can earn $700–$2,000+ per week based on production
REQUIRED: Active Florida 2-15 or 2-40 license and current Marketplace/FFM eligibility.
Growth Path: Agents who successfully complete this Open Enrollment season and next year’s Open Enrollment will become eligible to open their own downline through RiteWay Affordable Care , based on consistently hitting required production, compliance, and performance metrics and being deemed a strong long-term fit. All approved downline setup costs will be paid for by the company.
ACA DEAL PAY TIERS
Tier 1: $20 per ACA deal
Tier 2: $25 per deal — 3 Aflac submissions OR 50 ACA deals
Tier 3: $30 per deal — 3 Aflac submissions AND 50 ACA deals
Tier 4: $32 per deal — 75 ACA deals + 5 Aflac submissions
ADDITIONAL EARNING OPPORTUNITIES
Referral Bonus: $5 for every referral you bring in
Aflac Add-Ons: Earn face value on qualifying Aflac add-ons sold
Higher Production = Higher Deal Pay
