Job description
JD Home Healthcare in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Behavior Analyst to lead in-home assessments and develop Positive Support Transition Plans (PSTPs) aligned with MN statutes. You will work with individuals, families, and teams to design proactive supports.
Responsibilities include FBA, plan management, staff training, documentation for DHS licensing, and data reviews after incidents. Hybrid remote work with occasional travel, and ongoing trauma-informed care education.
