Job description

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to manage patient rehabilitation across acute and outpatient settings. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, establishing plans of care, administering modalities and exercise programs, documenting care, and coordinating with the care team for discharge planning.

The role requires California PT licensure, Bachelors/Masters/Doctorate in Physical Therapy, and BLS.
