Desired Qualifications:
Valid state licensure and ASHA certification required
Experience providing SLP services in school settings (elementary, middle, or high school)
Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Comfortable working with students from diverse backgrounds and varying skill levels
Your Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat students' speech and language disorders across multiple grade levels
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to development of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to promote student success
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
Provide direct and consultative SLP services on caseload
