The Women's Center in Vienna, Virginia is seeking a part-time LPC or LCSW to join our collaborative clinical team and work with children and families.

Position Overview:
Schedule: Evening and or Weekend hours required.
Population Served: Individuals, children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
Clinical Focus: Providing individual, group, couples, teen, child, and family counseling and conducting comprehensive assessments.
Essential Duties: Provide psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes detailing reported data, clinical observations, impressions, and treatment interventions.
Routinely evaluate client progress toward treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
Ensure all clinical files are secured and maintained according to Center policies and confidentiality standards.
