LCADC - Contract-to-Hire Opportunity
Position: Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: Guaranteed 36 Hours Per Week
Shift Options: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Pay Rate: $55.00-$58.00 per hour
Aura Staffing Partners is seeking a Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC) for an exciting contract-to-hire opportunity. This role offers guaranteed hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity to transition into a permanent position with a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
Conduct substance abuse assessments and evaluations.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide individual, group, and family counseling services.
Facilitate psychoeducational and recovery-focused groups.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with medical and behavioral health professionals to coordinate care.
Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Provide crisis intervention and support when necessary.
Requirements: Active LCADC license.
Experience in substance abuse treatment and behavioral health preferred.
Strong clinical assessment and counseling skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Position Highlights: $55.00-$58.00 per hour
Guaranteed 36 hours per week
Flexible shift options: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
