Licensed Mental Health Provider Opportunity
Seeking a passionate, empathic, self-reflective, and growth-oriented licensed mental health provider for a hybrid position on our clinical mental health team! Established in 1991 by Dr. Andrea Davis, Greenhouse Therapy Center in Pasadena, CA is a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals and body-based clinicians committed to partnering with children, adults, parents, couples, and families to support them with the struggles they face while honoring their individual differences, strengths, and needs. We rely on team-based care and cutting edge advancements in developmental psychology, attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology to cultivate healing and growth in our clients so that they can find more peace, joy, meaning, creativity, and connection in their lives.

We Are Seeking Licensed Mental Health Providers (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) Who:

Seek to work in a collaborative/team environment and are committed to continued growth as therapists
Demonstrate outstanding clinical effectiveness
Demonstrate interpersonal skills of attunement, self-awareness, and self-regulation
The Ideal Candidate Will:
Have experience providing specialized services in one or more of the following:
Trauma-informed therapies (e.g., EMDR, Havening, cognitive processing)
Child/adolescent therapy
Art/Music/Movement/Somatic therapy
Play therapy
LGBTQIA+ affirming care
Couples therapy, family therapy
Therapy for neurodivergent clients (especially DIR/Floortime-informed therapy)
Clinical Supervision for Associate therapists
Other areas of expertise and clinical focus
Demonstrate outstanding administrative/organizational skills
Be able to provide both in-person and telehealth services
Be able to provide client-facing services in the afternoons and on weekends
Have experience working with insurance/understand the complexities of insurance billing for those clients who use insurance
Demonstrate passion and initiative for innovating new programs, outreaches, and approaches to serving our community & clientele
What We Expect From You:
Commit to at least 15 (if part-time) or 25 (if full-time) client-facing hours per week
Commit to an additional 3-6 paid hours per week (proportionate to your client-facing hours) to participate in case collaboration team consults, internal trainings, case collaboration groups, and other administrative duties as necessary
Maintain prompt and effective communication with executive, administrative, and insurance billing teams
Maintain confidential and thorough client records
Complete timely and accurate billing for therapeutic services
Availability to work hybrid in the afternoons/evenings, and at least one weekend day

Compensation - Full-time Licensed Mental Health Providers Receive (25 client-facing hours, 5-6 administrative hours):
$ /hour for direct clinical services based upon qualifications and experience
$130/hr (MA) or $150/hour (PhD/PsyD) for supervising an Associate
Medical/dental/vision benefits (candidates choose from a selection of PPO and HMO plans; employer pays a portion of the employee's monthly premium)
401K plan with employer matching for your contribution, up to 4% of pay (upon reaching 1,000 hours in one year)
