POSITION TITLE : LICENSED CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGIST or LCSW - Bilingual English/Spanish
FLSA Status: Exempt, Independent Contractor
REPORTS TO: IBHS and Social Services Director
DEPARTMENT: Behavioral Health
WORKSITES: East Palo Alto and Mountain View
HOURS: Part-time, 8 to 32 * hours per week (0.2 to 0.8 FTE)
* Hybrid (office/remote) allowed for a schedule of 32 hours per week
POSITION SUMMARY
Ravenswood Family Health Network (RFHN) is a federally funded non-profit primary care health center network providing over 70,000 medical, dental and specialty visits/year and another 25,000 enabling services at our network of clinics in East Palo Alto, Palo Alto, Mountain View, and Sunnyvale, California. RFHN offers care to people of all ages living in South San Mateo County and Santa Clara County, regardless of ability to pay. As a multi-cultural community health center, its goal is to provide excellent health services and to eliminate cultural and language barriers to health by providing bilingual medical staff and health education services.
RFHN is seeking part-time Licensed Clinical Psychologists and/or Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) as independent contractors to provide integrated behavioral health services to RFHN patients for 8 to 32 hours per week (0.2 to 0.8 FTE). This position is ambulatory with no inpatient rounding duties. The new members will join an experienced team of 4 clinical psychologists and 2 medical social workers located across our 4 clinic sites.
Exact schedule dependent on FTE and provider’s availability within regular clinic operating hours from Mondays through Thursdays 8AM-7PM, Fridays 8AM-5PM, and Saturdays 8AM-1PM. Behavioral Health and Social Services providers participate in outpatient calls according to FTE. Additionally, there is the possibility of partial coverage at an additional network site. Our East Palo Alto location includes onsite Family Medicine, Women’s Health, Dental, Lab, Pharmacy, Radiology (XR, US, mammography), Optometry, Behavioral Health, Chiropractic, Podiatry, and Social Work.

Licensed Clinical Psychologist contractor hourly rate $125-$150, commensurate with years of experience post licensure.
Licensed Clinical Social Worker contractor hourly rate $55.90-$97.50, commensurate with years of experience post licensure.
Qualifications
Include a valid California professional license, excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively with culturally diverse clinic staff and patients, and familiarity with electronic health records (RFHN uses Epic). Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.
