Job description

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, and strong organizational support in post-acute and long-term care settings (SNF/LTC/ALF/IRF).
Role Overview
Full-time (5 days per week) within Monday - Friday
Enjoy stability, support, and flexibility with onsite patient care and remote documentation
No nights or weekends
Provide psychological assessments, diagnoses, and individual psychotherapy
Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorder, grief and loss plus life transitions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams across care settings
Coverage area includes Lebanon, Nashville, Mt. Juliet, Hendersonville, Goodlettsville, and Gallatin, Tennessee
Compensation And Benefits
W2 position with full benefits

Qualifications
Active Tennessee state license as a clinical psychologist
PhD or PsyD required
Eligible for independent practice and billing
6 months of experience needed as a clinical psychologist
Experience with older adults or post-acute care preferred
