Job Description
Licensed Clinical Psychologist – Autism & Pediatric Evaluation Services. We are a fast-growing pediatric therapy practice looking for a Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) to lead autism and neurodevelopmental evaluations in a collaborative, multidisciplinary clinic setting.
This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-demand diagnostic role with built-in referrals, flexible structure, and both insurance + private-pay earning potential.
What You’ll Do
Conduct comprehensive autism spectrum evaluations (ADOS2, clinical interviews, developmental history, testing as needed)
Diagnose autism and related neurodevelopmental conditions
Provide clear, compassionate feedback to families
Write high-quality psychological evaluation reports
Collaborate closely with speech therapists, occupational therapists, feeding specialists, and behavior therapists
Offer both:
Insurance-based evaluations
Expanded private-pay comprehensive evaluations

Ideal Candidate
Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology
Licensed or license-eligible in Connecticut
Experience conducting pediatric autism evaluations
Strong working knowledge of ADOS2 (preferred)
Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary pediatric setting
Excellent report writing and parent communication skills
Passion for early intervention and neurodevelopmental care
