Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based practices and patient-centered approaches.
Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client requirements, including individual and group therapy settings.
Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychologists, psychiatrists, and allied health professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated care.
Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care provided.
Provide education and ongoing support to patients and their families, empowering them with tools and knowledge to manage their mental health.

Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of New York is essential.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience focusing on psychotherapy and mental health interventions.
Experience with solution-focused and evidence-based practices is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
