Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs and create individualized treatment plans based on the latest evidence-based practices.
Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to the unique circumstances and backgrounds of clients, fostering a positive environment for recovery and healing.
Maintain thorough and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with ethical standards and legal requirements.
Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, utilizing skills in communication and teamwork to ensure coordinated care for clients.
Stay informed about advancements in social work practices and mental health research to continually enhance therapeutic strategies and improve client outcomes.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As an LCSW at Clear-Minds Counseling Health, you will work closely with a varied patient population, including individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
An active LCSW license in the state of New York.

Preferred Experience
Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with various assessment and intervention methodologies.
Prior experience in a community health setting or additional certifications in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or similar modalities.
Compensation and Benefits
