Job description
LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a patient-centered, mission-driven setting. Responsibilities include diagnostic assessment, individualized treatment planning, ongoing psychotherapy (in-person and via telehealth), risk assessment and crisis intervention, and coordination of care with psychiatrists, primary care, and community resources.
