Role Description The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide direct clinical services, including psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and crisis intervention for clients experiencing mental and behavioral health challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing treatment plans, coordinating care with internal and external providers, and monitoring client progress toward recovery goals. The role will involve regular documentation of clinical encounters, participation in case consultation meetings, and adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Las Vegas, NV, requiring consistent presence at the center to support clients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Qualifications
Demonstrated proficiency in Social Work and Medical Social Work in clinical or community-based settings.
Experience with Case Management, including coordinating services, advocacy, and resource linkage.
Knowledge and practice experience in Mental Health and Behavioral Health assessment and treatment.
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Nevada, or eligibility for Nevada licensure.
Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Strong skills in clinical documentation, risk assessment, and treatment planning.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and communicate effectively with clients, families, and partners.
Experience with diverse populations and commitment to culturally responsive, trauma-informed care. xzgxqkn
Familiarity with electronic health records and basic computer applications.
