USGP is Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Family Medicine Clinic – Camp Lejeune, NC

USGP is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide behavioral health services to active‑duty service members, veterans, and their families at Camp Lejeune . This is a meaningful opportunity to support those who serve by delivering compassionate, high‑quality care in a federal healthcare setting.
Position Highlights:
Competitive Pay : $50.00/hour + Health & Welfare stipend
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
Paid Time Off and Sick Leave
Schedule : Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Location : Family Medicine Clinic at Camp Lejeune
Minimum Qualifications:
Education : Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
Licensure : Current, unrestricted LCSW license in any U.S. state or territory (including DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands)
Experience : At least 1 year of experience as an LCSW within the past 3 years
Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)
Core Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy services
Address a wide range of issues including psychiatric, medical, and social challenges
Refer patients to appropriate community and governmental resources
Offer consultation services to other healthcare professionals regarding patients’ psychosocial needs
Participate in case reviews, peer consultations, and professional development opportunities
