Position Overview
The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in this role will provide individualized mental health counseling and therapeutic support to clients dealing with a range of emotional and behavioral health concerns. The ideal candidate is adept at conducting assessments, creating treatment plans, and providing therapeutic services in a client-focused manner.
Key Responsibilities
Perform mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
Offer individual, group, and family counseling sessions.
Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients reach their mental health goals.
Track client progress and update treatment plans as necessary.
Keep accurate and timely records of all client interactions and treatment plans.
Collaborate with healthcare providers and connect clients to relevant community resources.
Requirements Active LCSW licensure in New York State.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a counseling setting.
Knowledge of effective mental health treatment methods and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
