Job Summary
A Permanent position (Rotating (5x8) shift) is currently open for a qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Grand Rapids, MI. Essential responsibilities include: conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate mental health, social support, and financial needs, provide supportive crisis intervention and therapeutic counseling to patients facing acute illness, and coordinate community resources, home care services, long-term placement, and healthcare advocacy, as well as coordinating effectively with interdisciplinary medical staff. Requirements include active professional licensure, applicable healthcare experience, and adherence to patient privacy and safety standards.
