Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments, enabling precise diagnostics and personalized treatment planning.

Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with auditing standards and organizational policies.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team comprising healthcare specialists, including physicians, nurses, and addiction counselors, to ensure holistic patient care.
Provide education and support to patients and families, fostering a deeper understanding of mental health challenges and promoting healthy coping mechanisms.
Stay informed on the latest mental health research and developments, continually integrating evidence-based practices into treatment protocols.
Patient Population / Client Focus
You will engage with a diverse population encompassing individuals undergoing detoxification and battling various mental health disorders. Your expertise will aid in helping patients overcome substance use challenges while fostering their mental health and resilience. By establishing a trusting therapeutic relationship, you will empower patients to take charge of their recovery journey.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
A valid LCSW license in the state of Kansas is essential for this role.
In-depth knowledge of solution-focused psychotherapy techniques and methodologies.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, critical for building rapport with patients and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience working in a detox or addiction treatment setting is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
