Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments to gather client histories and understand needs in order to formulate individualized treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to address a range of issues including trauma, anxiety, and depression, monitoring client progress towards therapeutic goals.
Ensure meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment outcomes in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record systems.
Work collaboratively with a dedicated treatment team including physicians, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in social work and mental health treatment to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
