Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments to accurately identify clients' presenting issues, personal histories, and treatment objectives.
Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and narrative therapy.
Develop, implement, and continuously adjust personalized treatment plans to ensure they meet clients’ evolving needs.
Collaborate with clients throughout their therapeutic journey, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all relevant ethical guidelines and legal standards within the clinical environment.
Engage in professional development activities, such as attending workshops and conferences, to stay current in therapeutic practices and client care approaches.
Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships that promote trust, collaboration, and meaningful growth in clients.
Provide support and practical guidance to help clients effectively navigate personal challenges and achieve their academic, social, or emotional goals.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and grief, particularly within a hospice care context. Our clients come from various backgrounds, necessitating culturally competent approaches tailored to their unique circumstances.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably within private practice.
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and intervention implementation skills with a focus on individual client progression.
Exceptional communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills conducive to building lasting therapeutic alliances.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in hospice, palliative care, or with bereaved families is highly desirable.
Proficiency in additional therapeutic modalities or certifications (e.G., trauma-informed care, DBT) is a plus.
Experience with telehealth platforms and remote therapy protocols.
Compensation and Benefits
The compensation for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications, alongside opportunities for performance bonuses.
