Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans that align with best practices.
Implement evidence-based, solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient's unique situation, fostering resilience and personal growth.
Keep precise and timely documentation of clinical records to comply with medical standards and facilitate seamless communication with the multidisciplinary treatment team.
Engage with other healthcare professionals—such as psychologists, psychiatrists, and primary care providers—to develop a holistic approach to patient care.
Provide education and emotional support to patients and families, helping them understand treatment options and cope with their challenges effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus
The LCSW will primarily work with a diverse patient base, including adults facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with families in crisis, providing necessary interventions and support systems to enhance their overall well-being. Qualifications
A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
Possession of a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Georgia.
Strong understanding of solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining patient confidentiality and ethical standards.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on mental health and a demonstrated ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to facilitate accurate documentation and patient tracking.
Previous involvement in case management and group therapy settings is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
