$90k - $95k/yr Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your skills, experience, and qualifications. Role split 50% therapy and 50% case management
Join a palliative care team serving patients across Whidbey Island
Includes home visits and travel to multiple care locations
Provide individual, family, couples, and group therapy services
Collaborate within an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare team
LICSW and current BLS certification required
Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program required
