Job description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker Needed in Western MA
$58k - $68k/yr Your compensation offer will be calculated according to your experience, qualifications, and the complexity of the role. Shift length, call, and overtime may positively impact compensation. Please reach out to your consultant for more information.
Permanent
Western MA, Massachusetts
Hybrid outpatient position; 32 hours per week
Patients seen both in-office and remotely
FQHC community health setting
Collaborate with full healthcare team on treatment planning and psychosocial assessments
Maintain referral resource network throughout the service area
Continuing Education time provided to stay current on therapeutic interventions
LICSW or LMHC license required per Massachusetts state law
Master's degree in Social Work and one year of full-time experience required
