Job description
Headway Services is a DOE-contracted agency seeking Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) for the 2026–2027 school year .
Positions are available in Brooklyn, Manhattan, the Bronx, Queens, and Staten Island.
We offer full-time and part-time opportunities in public, charter, private, and preschool settings throughout New York City.
Qualifications & Benefits
Valid New York State LCSW or LMHC license required
Competitive pay: $85–$100/hour , based on experience
Full-time and part-time caseloads available
Biweekly payroll (every two weeks)
Supportive team and ongoing clinical support
