Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental and emotional well-being.
Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to promote positive outcomes.
Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies.
Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including physicians, nurses, and other mental health professionals, to ensure holistic care.
Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in social work and mental health therapies to enhance service delivery.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our clients come from various backgrounds and life experiences, often dealing with complex issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression. As an LCSW at Gotham Enterprises, you will provide clinical support to a diverse range of individuals, facilitating their journey toward recovery and helping them achieve their personal goals. Qualifications
A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
Active Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Pennsylvania.

Preferred Experience
Experience in providing mental health services and therapies.
Familiarity with electronic health record systems (EHR) to maintain client documentation.

Compensation and Benefits
