Position Overview
Healthy Mind and Soul Counseling Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This remote position allows you to conduct assessments and provide therapy via telehealth or in-person within our unique hospice setting. You will play a crucial role in delivering meaningful support to clients during significant life transitions.

Work Environment
This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to practice from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients who require support in hospice care. Key Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations of clients’ mental health needs.
Deliver telehealth or in-person therapy sessions to individuals and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) and practice management system.
Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure holistic care and an integrated approach to client support.
Engage in continuous training and development to stay current with best practices and compliance regulations in social work.
Patient Population / Client Focus
As part of our hospice care setting, you will be working with clients facing critical illnesses, offering them not only psychological and emotional support but also assisting their families in understanding and coping with their situations. The goal is to enhance quality of life and promote dignity through compassionate care, addressing both the physical and mental health aspects of end-of-life transitions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work (BSW) from an accredited institution.
Current license to practice as an LCSW or equivalent.
Strong clinical skills demonstrated through previous experience in the field of social work.
Comfortable utilizing DSM V diagnostic criteria for assessments and treatment planning.
Ability to exercise sound judgment in crisis situations and provide effective crisis intervention.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present information clearly and effectively.
Proficient in managing a schedule and maintaining organized documentation for client sessions.
Preferred Experience
Experience providing telehealth services and familiarity with evidence-based interventions such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), or Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT).
Proficiency in using practice management platforms like Google G-suite and TheraNest to facilitate efficient workflow.
A demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary ranges from USD 90,000 to 105,000, based on experience and qualifications.
