nPosition Summary
nWe are seeking a licensed clinician (LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC) to provide high-quality outpatient mental health services in our Oakland office. This role includes a mix of in-person (80%) and telehealth sessions, with flexibility based on clinician availability and client needs.
nThe ideal candidate is clinically strong, culturally responsive, and aligned with a community-centered and holistic approach to care.
nKey Responsibilities
nProvide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
nConduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
nMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes)
nManage a caseload of approximately 15–25 clients (depending on FTE)
nDeliver services both in-person (Oakland office) and via telehealth
nCollaborate with clinical team and participate in case consultation as needed
nEnsure compliance with BBS regulations, ethical standards, and Aryana policies
nSupport continuity of care and appropriate referrals when needed

nQualifications
nActive California license: LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC (required)
nMinimum 2 years post-licensure experience preferred
nStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
nExperience working with diverse and underserved communities
nAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environment
nComfortable with EHR systems (experience with Sessions Health is a plus)
