Licensed CNA for Home Health

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed CNA to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Licensed CNA for Home Health, you will provide high-quality care to our clients, focusing on promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing routine care services, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as assisting with daily living activities like meal preparation and medication management
Monitoring and reporting changes in client condition, communicating effectively with our healthcare team and families
Building strong relationships with clients, families, and caregivers to ensure a seamless and personalized care experience
Participating in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Ideal Candidate:
Holds an active North Carolina CNA license
Has a minimum of 0 years of experience in the healthcare industry (entry-level candidates encouraged to apply!)
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Is able to work flexible schedules, including part-time and full-time opportunities
