Job description
Southern Health Partners Inc seeks a Licensed Social Worker or Counselor to deliver mental health services within correctional facilities. In this role, you will provide individual and group counseling, conduct psychosocial assessments, and create collaborative treatment plans for incarcerated patients. You will work closely with medical, psychiatric, and custody teams to support crisis intervention, manage suicide risk, and ensure continuity of care.
