Job description
Madison Reed Hair Color Bars in California seeks a General Manager - Licensed Cosmetologist to lead a team of Colorists and guest services, driving exceptional guest experiences and business growth in a busy Hair Color Bar.
You will recruit, train, schedule, coach staff, manage budgets and ensure compliance with local labor laws; weekend availability is required. Base salary is $70,304 with opportunities for monthly bonuses.
