Licensed Dental AssistantJoin a team that loves what they do. Our Maple Grove office is growing, and we're looking for a Licensed Dental Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced practice where no two days are exactly alike. If you're someone who stays organized, enjoys being busy, communicates with empathy, and finds fulfillment in helping patients feel comfortable and cared for, we'd love to welcome you to our team.Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-5:00 PMCompensation: $33.00-$36.00 per hour, based on experience.What You'll DoYou'll work side-by-side with our doctors to provide outstanding clinical support while helping create a smooth, welcoming experience for every patient. Responsibilities include:Assist dentists during restorative, surgical, and preventive proceduresPrepare treatment rooms and instrumentsTake digital radiographs and intraoral imagesMaintain sterilization and infection control standardsEducate patients regarding treatment and home careFabricate temporary restorations and complete expanded functions within licensureMaintain accurate electronic documentationHelp keep provider schedules running efficiently while delivering exceptional patient careCollaborate closely with providers, hygienists, and administrative team membersWe're Looking For Someone WhoEnjoys a fast-moving, team-oriented environmentBuilds trust quickly with patients from all backgroundsMaintains a positive attitude during busy clinical daysHas excellent communication and interpersonal skillsIs adaptable, dependable, and solution-focusedTakes pride in delivering exceptional patient careLoves being part of a team that supports one anotherQualificationsCurrent Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA)CPR/BLS CertificationKnowledge of OSHA and CDC infection control standardsExperience with digital radiography and dental softwareCoronal polishing and expanded functions preferredStrong organizational and communication skillsPrevious dental assisting experience preferredWhy Join Dental Associates Minnesota?We know our people are our greatest strength.
