Licensed Dental Assistant OpportunityWe are seeking a Licensed Dental Assistant to join our dedicated team in Saint Paul, MN. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a collaborative, patient-focused environment where your skills and compassion will make a real difference in the community.This is a part-time opportunity for coverage Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays at 30 hours a week. This position is benefit eligible.Benefits:Flexible work hours – No nights or weekends!Generous Paid Time Off plus 6 paid holidays and 12 hours of paid continuing education annually.401(k) Matching – Up to 3%!Comprehensive Health Benefits – Medical, dental, and vision coverage options, as well as long-term and short-term disability.Scrub AllowanceKey Responsibilities:Assist dentists with patient care, including chairside assistance and preparation of dental materials.Take and develop dental X-rays as required.Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment, following infection control protocols.Document patient care and treatment plans accurately in the electronic health record system.Work closely with the dental team to ensure a positive patient experience.Requirements:High school diploma or GED required, along with completion of an accredited dental assisting courseActive Minnesota Licensed Dental Assistant (LDA) credentialDANB certification or equivalent state jurisprudence qualification for specified taskCurrent CPR (BLS) certificationProficiency in oral and written communication in English$27.50 - $35 an hourIf you're a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Dental Assistant, we'd love to hear from you!
