We are seeking business leaders to join our growing team and become an integral part of our company's future.Fox Service Company, a Southern Home Services Company, is looking for a dynamic Electrical Field Supervisor to join a thriving business that believes in work life balance and cares about YOU!About this role:The Electrical Supervisor oversees our Electricians and Generator Technicians and Installers and is responsible for the growth of the business sector.In this role, you will be responsible for:Drives profitable revenue growth while ensuring exceptional customer serviceResolves customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.Evaluates workload and schedules service work in a way that best utilizes manpower and maximizes profits.Ability to create and manage budgets.Ensures that materials and equipment are ordered and dispensed for scheduled jobs.Schedules repairs for parts to ensure minimal down-time in job completion.Generates reports and reviews reports with management.Instructs crews on the proper use of materials and quality workmanship.Reviews payroll records to ensure that employees are paid properly.Ensures that employees have proper tools for the job and that they are properly maintained.Assists the dispatching operation to ensure appropriate skillset selection for the type of service.Evaluates staff to determine training requirements.Provides on-the-job training and support to employees.Manages and develops our staff, which may include some or all of the following: hiring, terminating, and disciplining of employees, rewards and recognition of performance and customer service, scheduling employees, setting work priorities, conducting staff meetings, counseling employees, evaluating performance, and directing work assignments to ensure effective production.Additional duties as assigned.Required Qualifications:TX Journeyman electrical license or aboveTDLR5+ years of industry experience in the residential electrical industryValid driver's license and clean driving recordWorking knowledge of gas piping, electricity, plumbingStrong supervisory, communications, computer, and mathematical skillsGreat attitude with a dedication to quality workCustomer service orientedPrefer experience and familiarity with GeneratorsThe physical requirements of this job include:Lifting 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds occasionallyClimbing ladders, accessing attics, navigating tight spaces, driving, entering crawlspaces, pushing, carrying, pulling, using hand tools, and performing fine detail work.Ability to drive.Working in various environments, including indoor and outdoor settings, attics, crawlspaces.Ability to stand, walk and sit; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone.Use hands to handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms.Regularly stoop, kneel, bend, and crouch.The work requires regular exposure to extreme temperatures both indoors and outdoors, such as heat or cold, and adverse weather conditions such as wind, rain, ice or snow.Southern Home Services will make reasonable accommodations to allow an employee to perform the essential functions of the job.Benefits:We offer a rewarding career path with great benefits, flexible schedules, professional and on-the-job training and growth plans.
