They don't just fix problems — they build trust and close work.What You'll Be Responsible ForDiagnose electrical issues and repair residential and commercial systemsInstall and upgrade panels, wiring, lighting, and devicesPresent repair and upgrade options to customers using the Mister Sparky pricing guide (Electrical Solutions Advisor Mindset)Educate customers so they can confidently move forwardClose approved work and complete jobs same-day when possibleUse ServiceTitan to document jobs, notes, and recommendationsMaintain clean, safe, and professional job sitesWhat Makes You a FitValid Texas Wireman or Journeyman Electrical License required2+ years residential experience (4+ years total electrical experience preferred)Strong troubleshooting skillsComfortable talking to customers AND recommending solutionsYou're not afraid to sell when it's the right thing for the customerSelf-motivated — you don't need someone watching over youOn time.
