Job TitleJob Overview:Pay Range: $11.50hr - $16.50hrRequirement/Must Have:High school diploma or equivalent.Minimum 3 years of electrical experience in industrial, commercial, facilities, or related environments.Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities:Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, equipment, and controls.Diagnose electrical issues and perform corrective maintenance on facilities and operational equipment.Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and technical manuals.Install and maintain lighting, motors, panels, breakers, transformers, and control systems.Support preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.Ensure all work complies with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures.Coordinate with operations, maintenance, and project teams to complete work safely and efficiently.Respond to maintenance and operational needs as required.Nice to Have:State Electrician License or Electrical Certification preferred.Journeyman Electrician certification preferred.Experience with industrial controls, motor controls, VFDs, generators, and facility electrical systems.Experience working in agricultural, manufacturing, or research environments.
