C-15 Flooring InstallerAre you a local, skilled, licensed C-15 flooring installer looking for consistent work with a prime contractor that values your expertise and professionalism? We are a busy, well-organized flooring company with a constant flow of projects in South Orange County. We are looking for top-tier 1099 installation partners to join our team for long-term, steady work across carpet, LVP, laminate, and hardwood. We aim to be the best, fairest, and most organized prime contractor you've ever worked with. We handle the sales and logistics so you can focus on what you do best: quality installation.Installer Requirements (Must-Haves):Must live within 20 miles of Lake Forest, CAActive California C-15 Flooring LicenseCurrent General Liability (GL) and Worker's Compensation (WC) InsuranceProven experience with a variety of flooring materials (Carpet, LVP, Laminate, Hardwood)Reliable work vehicle and all necessary tools for professional installationCommitment to professionalism, timeliness, and customer serviceDedication to maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site at all timesExcellent communication skills (responsive to texts and phone calls)Why You'll Want to Work With Us (Our Commitment to You): Steady, Predictable Work: We don't just offer one-off jobs.
