Beltone Hearing Care Center, proudly owned and operated by MLM Hearing, LLC, is seeking a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist who is passionate about patient care, professional growth, and delivering life-changing hearing solutions.

What You'll Do
Conduct comprehensive hearing evaluations to assess patient needs
Recommend and dispense hearing instruments, accessories, and rehabilitative services
Educate patients and families on hearing health and treatment options
Deliver Beltone's exclusive Belcare® Promise, ensuring a best-in-class patient experience
Build long-term patient relationships through follow-up care and trust
Participate in community outreach and local engagement initiatives
Collaborate with teammates to support clinic and patient success
What We're Looking For
Active Nevada Hearing Instrument Specialist license OR Au.D. eligible to dispense in NV
1+ year of experience fitting and dispensing hearing instruments (preferred)
Strong communication, empathy, and consultative approach to patient care
Proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals while maintaining clinical integrity
Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and continuous improvement
