Desired Qualifications:
Current Speech-Language Pathology license and relevant certification
Previous experience in school-based SLP settings (elementary, middle, and/or high school)
Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with teachers, parents, and other support staff
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
Flexibility to adapt services to meet a variety of student needs
Confident in using various assessment and therapy tools
Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
Deliver direct and consultative SLP services in both group and individual settings
Document student progress and maintain required records
Engage with teachers and families to facilitate carryover of strategies and supports
Participate in meetings, professional development, and collaborative problem-solving
