Job description
Walmart is hiring an experienced Licensed Facilities Manager to lead HVAC/R and building maintenance across multiple locations in the local region. The role requires an active HVAC/R Mechanical Contractor license and EPA certification, with 3–5 years in facilities or related fields and strong leadership abilities.
You will coach technicians, coordinate with Store Managers, and drive reliability using data-driven maintenance strategies across sites. Travel 50%+ is expected.
