Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Birmingham, Alabama | Remote / Telehealth
Employment: Full-Time Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefits
We're seeking an experienced LICSW to provide individual therapy to clients through telehealth. You'll be responsible for your own client appointments and clinical follow-up, with the flexibility of working remotely from a private setting.
The position suits a clinician who is comfortable handling cases independently, communicating with clients online, and using professional judgment when additional care or referral may be appropriate.
Clinical Responsibilities
Client Care
Conduct scheduled individual therapy appointments
Discuss presenting concerns and determine the appropriate focus of care
Apply clinical social work approaches suited to the client
Identify when additional services or referrals should be considered
Clinical Administration
Complete session notes and required client records
Keep documentation current and accurate
Participate in case consultation when appropriate
Maintain confidentiality across all virtual interactions
