Great Florida Insurance of Delray Beach is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Florida 2-20 Licensed Insurance Agent to join our team in Delray Beach, FL.
Salary: $50,000–$60,000 + Bonus
Full-Time | Delray Beach, FL
We're looking for a motivated insurance professional who enjoys working with clients, providing coverage solutions, building relationships, and generating new business.
What You'll Do
Quote and sell insurance products based on client needs
Manage and maintain existing customer relationships
Handle new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes
Develop new business opportunities and follow up with leads
Provide knowledgeable, professional insurance advice
Communicate with clients by phone, email, and in person
Identify opportunities for additional coverage
Maintain accurate client and policy information in our agency management system
What We're Looking For
Active Florida 2-20 General Lines Agent License — Required
Insurance agency experience preferred
Homeowners insurance experience is a plus
General liability experience is a plus
EZLynx experience is a plus
Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills
Professional, dependable, and motivated
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and as xhqgsiq part of a team
What We Offer
$50,000–$60,000 base salary + bonus
