Bilingual Insurance ProducerWe are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bilingual Insurance Producer for a valued client. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with clients to meet their insurance needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. As an Insurance Producer, you will play a crucial role in expanding market presence while ensuring client satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing onesAssess clients' insurance needs and provide tailored solutionsBuild and maintain strong relationships through follow-ups and exceptional serviceEngage in outside sales activities such as networking events, community outreach, and client meetingsNegotiate policy terms and conditions to meet client requirementsStay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offeringsCollaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve performanceDeliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlySkills & QualificationsProven sales experience, preferably in insurance or related fieldsStrong customer service skills with the ability to build rapportExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to negotiate effectively for favorable client outcomesExperience in outside sales or retail sales is a plusMultilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirableKnowledge of insurance products is beneficial, but training will be providedStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
